An Order of Service (also called a ceremony program or order of the day) has the purpose of guiding your guests through your wedding ceremony and creates a lovely memento of your day.

Our illustrated orders of service, printed on luxury card, create the perfect wedding keepsake. Each order of service is set with an illustration of your wedding ceremony venue and can be finished with coordinating ribbon. A beautiful and original order of service featuring a hand drawn venue illustration, the perfect wedding order of service. Our order of service is a highly original illustrated ceremony program. 

Each order of service / wedding program can be printed on ivory or white card and each order of service is available in the following styles:

A5 single card printed on one side = £1.50 or both sides = £2.00 each.

A4 folded to A5 printed card cover, one side of print (for you to add your own insert) = £2.00 each.

A4 folded to A5 and printed on all 4 sides = £2.50 each.

A4 card folded to an A5 'booklet' with paper pages (i) cover + 4 printed page insert = £3.50 each or (ii) cover + 8 printed page insert = £4.50 each.

Please add 50p per order of service for satin ribbon.

Please note if you spend £160 your illustration is created with our compliments, otherwise a £50 charge is charged to create your illustration.

Once you place your order please send your wording in a word document to us. Please send a photograph of your venue to us. Your illustration is a full colour watercolour painting of your venue, not a computer generated image. We’ll sketch the view from the photograph, using the same perspective. Our house style is watercolour, as seen in the second images, if you would like a pen drawing please contact us when you place your order. 

 process:

A jpeg proof will be sent within 5 - 10 working days for approval. If you require any changes please allow 2 - 3 working days for the changes to be completed. Your finished orders of service will be delivered in approx 7 - 10 days, from sign off of proofs. Please note, these timings are from receipt of your photograph, text and font confirmation, and receipt of payment (including additional payment for the illustration if your order is under £160). If your order is under £160 please contact us and we will send instructions on how to pay the £50 illustration cost.

Please note, if you order Order of service 'covers only' this is a DIY item and we send you the ribbon to complete the bows yourself.
